Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential or proprietary information shared during the course of the work.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content (text, images, etc.) for their project in a timely manner.
• Review work within the provided timelines and provide clear feedback.

8. Liability

• Lawless Design Co is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party software, plugins, or services used in your website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• In the event of termination, any work completed up to that point will be billed, and the client agrees to pay all outstanding amounts.
